Goldberger & Goldberger represents businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. Alan S. Goldberger is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Maryland Bars, having succeeded to the firm established in 1975 by Milton H. Goldberger (1911-1979).
The firm has concentrated in representing closely held and publicly traded corporations, insurance carriers and claims administrators, small businesses, athletic officials' associations and other nonprofit organizations, and individuals on a local, state, and national scale. Among the services offered are business and commercial litigation and appeals, defense of liability claims, risk management consulting, workshops and seminars, drafting of bylaws, legal representation in the conduct of meetings, administrative and disciplinary hearings, contractual relations, and representation of business entities, sports and other nonprofit organizations, and individuals.
